Fully air conditioned but built to stay naturally cool the house has a lovely atmosphere whether summer of winter. Space inside and out for 8 guests. 4 bedrooms, 3 double and one with 2 single beds. A very large living room dining room with plenty of light, a modern kitchen. 2 full bathrooms, one ensuite plus a toilet downstairs as well for convenience. Terraces all around the house. Sun and shade both there all day long. The villa has an apartment separate to the main villa which is sometimes occupied by a colleague of the owner. The space does not overlook the villa or share any space and they will keep themselves completely seperate so there will be no interaction . The manager of the villa lives a short drive away. They can visit if you need them and request a visit but will leave you alone to enjoy your holiday and privacy. We recommend a car for this villa. The pool heating has a charge of €200 per week.
