It’s s not suitable for the younger groups or guest that is looking for party. This is a beautiful and peaceful place where all guest are to respect the neighbours and nearby houses. Parties are not allowed nor play music or making noises at inappropriate volumes and the quiet hours to respect the neighborhood is from 23.00-09.00. But for the relaxed guest that want to reserve this beautiful and charming 1 bedroom apartment located in Atalaya, with walking distance to the golf club and views over la concha, it’s a great place for couple or friends traveling together! This cosy apartment has plenty of light thanks to large south-west facing windows and 22sqm terrace and is situated between Puerto Banus (10 min drive) and beautiful Estepona (15 min dive). In the evenings you will have a beautiful view to Marbella evening lights and you can even see little bit of the sea. This apartment is semi detached, meaning you only have neighbors beside you and not above or underneath you.
