Parties are not allowed nor play music or making noises at inappropriate volumes and the quiet hours to respect the neighborhood is from 23.00-09.00. This cosy apartment has plenty of light thanks to large south-west facing windows and 22sqm terrace and is situated between Puerto Banus (10 min drive) and beautiful Estepona (15 min dive). In the evenings you will have a beautiful view to Marbella evening lights and you can even see little bit of the sea.
