The apartment is a ground floor with a raised covered terrace, frontline Aloha golf and wonderful open views of the famous mountain La Concha, the sea and the golf. With its southeast orientation you can enjoy your morning coffee in the sun. Both the bedrooms have double beds and fitted wardrobes and there are 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. The apartment is fully fitted and equipped with everything needed for a holiday stay. It has a central air conditioning system and Wifi as well as Chrome cast TV for streaming. Restaurants and other amenities are only a few minutes walking distance away, however the nearest beach of Puerto Banus, or it centrum is a 5-6 minute drive from this apartment by car.
